Online customer service
Aveda’s customer-service page connects online shoppers to order, shipping and return information. Product-shopping questions and rewards membership requests can use different contacts, so identify the request before proceeding.
An independent reference. Birch Waypoint is not Aveda’s customer service team. This number belongs to the company; we do not connect, forward or record calls.
A request to Aveda is easier to direct when you can name the transaction or product involved. Do not use a public review to ask for a diagnosis or urgent medical advice. The business receiving the request determines its own handling process.
